Shop from Home. Are you so busy you simply cannot find the time to drive to the South Side to Original Cin to shop for your favorite “have to have” clothing and accessories? Well don’t be discouraged. At Original Cin we have a simple solution. Have all your favorite designs delivered. The process is quite simple and can be an exciting way to spend an afternoon with your friends too! Call Original Cin to schedule an appointment with Cindy. If you’ve shopped our store, we will research your shopping history and begin to pull fabulous seasonal merchandise for you. Cindy will visit your home or office with a wide selection of outfits for you to try. After you’ve decided that you “have to have” all the great things she’s brought to you….simply hang them in your closet! There is never any pressure to purchase anything and you can keep the merchandise for 24 hours before confirming your choices with us. Don’t hesitate to take advantage of this service during the busy times in your life when there’s never enough time for you.

Closet Cleaning / Organization Closet cleaning is something that should be enjoyed instead of neglected until the worst possible time. Not only will we assist you in major wardrobe choices, but we will haul your old merchandise away for you. If you would like all matching hangers, we can do that. If you would like new clothes from Original Cin added to your existing wardrobe, we can do that also. Let us show you how to mix and match your pieces to update them without replacing them. Call us for a consultation at no charge. We have testimonials from existing clients who have used this service at Original Cin and continue to use it every three to six months. We will donate your old clothing to the local women’s shelter. Not only will you be helping with a great cause but your wardrobe will be beautifully organized. original cin can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email or telephone. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Return/Exchange Policy. We will be glad to make an exchange or issue a store credit for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Original cin within 10 days in unworn and perfect condition (including hangers and original packaging as well as attached tickets). Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return policy" and will not be accepted back. .

Shipping. If you are out of town or just cant make it in to get your purchases, we will of course have it delivered. We standardly ship via usps; that means you will receive your merchandise 3-5 business days after your order has been placed. This is a flat rate fee of $10 for a regular sized package. If you are within ten miles of original cin, we can have the rough and ruggedly cute boys at jet bike it on over to ya within 1 day of your order, for a fee of $12. other shipping arrangements can be made, just let us know what you need and we will be happy to work something out.
